Non-conductive furnace door hose

General information

Non-conductive furnace door hose consists of 3 main part, including inner, reinforced and heat resistant cover layers. The inner layer is made of white, smooth, non-conductive EPDM rubber making it suitable for the electrical furnaces. Meanwhile, the cover layer made of fiberglass ply impregnated with heat and flame resistant synthetic rubber plays an important role in working environmental resistance. The inner and cover layers are separated by the reinforcement with 2 or 4 plies of synthetic fabric allowing this product to have solid structure and pressure resistance. The hose is mostly used to conveying cooling water to furnace doors in industries like steel mills and glass plants.
