General information
UHMWPE Chemical Discharge hose consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made from white smooth ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, which can be used with various chemicals. It is compatible with 98% of the chemicals, acid and solvents that are used in industries. The next layer is for reinforcement. It is constructed with multiplies of high strength synthetic fabric, which allows the hose to tolerate working pressure up to 250 psi. The cover layer is made of EPDM with wrapping technique. This layer offers chemical, weather and ozone resistance to the hose. With excellent environmental and chemical resistance, it can be used in many industries, especially chemical industry that needs to transfer chemical in liquid form through hoses or tubes.
