General information
Airless paint spray hose consists of 3 main parts, including inner tube, reinforced, and cover layers. The inner tube is made of polyamide that withstands various chemical and solvents. The next layer is for reinforcement, which is made of multi plies high tensile steel wire braid or polyester yarn braid. This layer offers working pressure and burst pressure resistance up to 7250 and 21750 psi, respectively. High burst pressure also allows this hose to be used for surface treatment industry. The cover layer is made of polyurethane, which is excellent for abrasion resistance. It can be made in different colors: black, blue, red, and grey. This product is suitable for spraying paints, solvents, coating, and corrosive chemicals for surface preparation, especially in areas that can’t be reached by brush or roller. Moreover, it is an important part for the spraying system that connects between paint cup and nozzle.
