Nitrile fuel discharge hose 300 psi consists of 3 parts, including inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth softwall nitrile rubber designed for discharging and transferring of hydrocarbons, both aromatic (up to 50%) and non-aromatic types, produced from petrochemical industry. The cover layer is a wrapped surface made of black synthetic rubber that is resistant to oil, weather, ozone, and abrasion. Both rubber layers are separated with the reinforcement constructed with multi plies high strength synthetic fabric. This layer offers solid structure and kink resistance to the hose. Moreover, it allows the hose to have woking pressure resistance up to 300 psi. Thus, this product is suitable to be used for petroleum-based products discharging and transferring, especially in automotive industry and others that need chemical resistant hose.
