Hot tar & asphalt suction hose 150 psi consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth special elastomer compound that is resistant to heat, abrasion and oil. The net layer is a reinforcement constructed of 2 types of materials, which are 2 or 4 plies of high tensile cord and steel wire helix. This layer also has anti-static wires added to prevent the accumulation of charges. The outer part is the wrapped finished cover layer that is made of black synthetic elastomer compound for high abrasion, ozone, and weather resistance. This product is designed specifically for conveying tar, asphalt, hot oils and other high temperature petroleum-based products in terminals, tank trucks, bulk stations or on paving equipment
