General information
Composite hose consists of 7 parts with different roles, including terminal, ferrule, inner wire, outer wire, multiple propylene, reinforcement and cover layers. The cover layer offers abrasion and ozone resistance to the hose. Propylene, steel wire helix and the liner layers also contribute to the lightness, excellent flexibility and toughness of the hose. The inner ad outer wire help preventing charge accumulation and static discharge. Other distinctive points of this product are its chemical compatibility and ‘no burst’ nature which eliminates potentially catastrophic ruptures that could happen in other types of hoses. Hence, these advantages allow the hose to be used safely and easily with all kinds of oils.
