General information

Nitrile petrol suction hose 15 psi consists of 3 important parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tune is made of black smooth nitrile rubber, which is resistant to oil and other hydrocarbons, both aromatic (up to 50% content) and non-aromatic types. The cover layer is made with wrapped surface using synthetic rubber with smooth or corrugated surfaces. This layer is resistant to oil, weather, ozone, abrasion, and wear enabling the hose to be used on different types of surfaces even in harsh environments. Another important layer is the reinforcement made of high strength synthetic fabric and steel wire helix skeleton. The layer allows the hose to be used with vacuum conditions (0.8 bar) and with working pressure up to 150, 300, 400 and 600 psi. Moreover, there is an inserted copper wire for ground connection and eliminating static electricity.
