Food discharge hose consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of white smooth NR, NBR or EPDM food quality rubber that meets FDA standards. The tube is safe to be used with food and beverages. Moreover, it can also inhibit mold and bacterial growth. The next layer is for reinforcement, which is made of high strength synthetic fabric offering better working pressure resistance (up to 250 psi) and solid structure. The cover layer is made of smooth wrapped finished synthetic rubber. The cover allows the hose to have abrasion, weather, aging, some chemicals and heat resistance. With the durability and the FDA approved quality, this product is suitable for food and beverage industries, such as dairy, juice and beer industries.
