Rubber twin welding hose 300 psi consists of 3 main components, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth synthetic rubber. The non-blooming tube can minimize a migration of additives from bulk to surface of the hose. The next layer is for reinforcement, which is made of high strength synthetic yarn braiding. This layer helps with flexibility and pressure resistance of the hose. As a result, the hose can withstand working pressure up to 300 psi. Another importance part is the cover layer made of smooth synthetic rubber. The cover offers abrasion, fire, mild chemicals, oil, ozone, and weather resistance to the hose. Moreover, light weight feature allows the hose to be moved and handled easily. This product is suitable for fuel gas delivery for welding and cutting processes.
