General information
UHMWPE chemical suction hose consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner liner is made of white smooth ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) which is resistant to 98% of chemicals, acids, and solvents used in industrial. The next layer is for reinforcement. It is constructed of 2 components, which are multiplies of high strength synthetic fabrics and helix wires. This layer offers working pressure resistance up to 250 psi, as well as negative pressure resistance. The outer or cover layer is made of wrapped EPDM that is resistant to mild chemical, abrasion, weather, and ozone. The corrugated surface also help increasing the flexibility of the hose. This product is available in 2 colors: blue and green. The outstanding properties with environmental resistance and positive and negative pressure resistance allow the hose to be used as a suction hose for chemicals, acids, and solvents in various industries, for example, chemical, and petroleum industries.
