General information
This type of nitrile fuel discharge hose consists of 3 main structures, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth softwall NBR rubber designed for discharging and transferring of hydrocarbons. It is compatible with both aromatic (up to 50%) and non-aromatic types. The cover layer has a wrapped surface using black synthetic rubber that is resistant to oil, abrasion, wear, ozone and weather. Both rubber layers are separated by the reinforcement constructed with multi plies high strength synthetic fabric. This layer offers solid structure, kink resistance, and pressure resistance to the hose. All the above properties allow the hose to be used for petroleum-based products discharge and transfer in automotive, and other industries that need chemical resistant property.
