Custom EPDM Rubber Seal ASRSEPB6025X27 is an industrial-grade extruded rubber sealing profile designed for doors, windows, glass panels, aluminum frames, metal frames, electrical cabinets, switchboards, and industrial enclosure applications.

Made from EPDM rubber compound, this seal provides excellent resistance to weather, ozone, UV, moisture, dust, wind, and diluted chemicals. The special hollow triangle sealing head allows smooth compression and strong sealing performance, while the bottom locking profile provides secure installation into frame grooves.

Custom sizes, hardness, colors, cross-section designs, and rubber compound formulations are available according to customer drawings, samples, or application requirements.

   Important Material Note
EPDM rubber is suitable for outdoor weather, UV, ozone, moisture, water, steam, and some diluted chemicals. However, EPDM is generally not recommended for applications involving fuel oil, mineral oil, petroleum-based oil, or hydrocarbon solvents.
