The AlphaSeals® ASEPQMF6020X12 is a high-temperature silicone rubber e-profile sealing strip designed for oven doors, machine covers, access panels, and industrial enclosures requiring controlled internal temperatures.
Its compressible e-shaped cross-section helps compensate for gaps between mating surfaces and maintain sealing pressure when the door or cover is closed. When correctly selected and installed, the profile can help reduce the leakage of hot air, ambient air, and dust around the sealing joint.
The seal is manufactured from firebrick-orange QM-FDA grade silicone rubber. It offers flexibility and compression recovery across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for industrial ovens, drying chambers, food-processing machinery, and other elevated-temperature sealing applications.
