Dual-Function Industrial Profile

   Upper Hollow Section
The upper hollow bulb profile provides excellent flexibility, compression, and recovery when cabinet or machine doors are closed. It helps absorb impact from heavy steel doors, distributes pressure evenly, and improves protection against water spray, industrial dust, and production particles.

   Lower Arrowhead Grip Base
The dense arrowhead base with locking fins is designed to fit securely into grooves on steel doors, control cabinets, machine covers, or equipment frames. It provides strong holding force and helps prevent the seal from slipping out, even under machine vibration during operation.

Special EPDM Compound Features
   High Ozone & Weather Resistance
Made from industrial-grade EPDM rubber, this seal offers excellent resistance to ozone, UV exposure, weather conditions, diluted chemical vapors, and certain types of industrial coolants.

   Excellent Compression Set Resistance
The rubber maintains its shape and sealing performance even when electrical cabinet doors or machine covers remain tightly closed for long periods.

   No Adhesive Required
The arrowhead base allows direct press-fit installation into the groove without adhesive. This makes installation faster, cleaner, and easier for maintenance work, helping reduce machine downtime.

Installation Guide
For best sealing performance on electrical cabinets, control panels, and machinery doors, please follow the installation steps below:
1. Prepare the Installation Groove
Clean the groove, door edge, or steel frame thoroughly. Make sure the surface is free from oil, grinding dust, metal chips, rust, and other contaminants.

2. Measure and Cut
Measure the required length along the door edge. For full-frame installation, we recommend cutting the corners at a 45° angle to ensure tight joint contact and minimize gaps where water or dust may enter.

3. Press-Fit Installation
Press the arrowhead base evenly into the prepared groove. Do not stretch the rubber during installation, as stretching may cause the seal to shrink back later and create gaps.

4. Test Door Closing
Close the cabinet door or machine cover and check that the door locks properly. Make sure the upper hollow profile compresses evenly along the sealing area.

Important Installation Notes
This seal is designed for groove-lock structures with an approximate groove width of 10 mm. Please check the groove dimensions before installation.

If the groove is too narrow, the rubber may tear during pressing. If the groove is too wide, machine vibration may cause the seal to loosen or slip out.

Avoid direct contact with petroleum-based oils. EPDM rubber has limited resistance to petroleum oils and is not recommended for direct oil immersion or continuous contact with petroleum-based lubricants.
