The NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) D-Hollow Profile Seal features a specially designed 3-hole hollow structure, manufactured with a custom compound specifically for industrial applications. It stands out for its excellent resistance to petroleum oils, greases, and certain solvents. The engineered internal structure provides high flexibility (Low Compression Set), exceptional impact absorption, and a tight, secure seal. This helps extend machinery lifespan and reduces the frequency of part replacements (Maintenance Cost Reduction). It is ideal for the automotive industry, machinery, and structural assembly tasks that require high-level standards.

The D-Hollow Shape rubber seal is designed for maximum operational efficiency, featuring:
Sealing Interface (Rounded Top): The semi-circular main contact surface is designed for even stress distribution, ensuring a tight, secure seal and preventing leaks.
Mounting Base (Flat Bottom): The flat base is designed for easy, flush installation, securely gripping the structural surface to minimize shifting during operation.
3-Hole Hollow Core: The internal air cavities are structurally arranged (1 upper hole, 2 lower holes) to act as a shock absorber. This reduces compression force during use and controls the compression rate, allowing the rubber to recover its shape quickly even after prolonged pressure. It adapts well to structural surfaces with tolerances or unevenness.
